Young Scot Cards
All pupils are issued with a Young Scot card. This is used in the school as the pupil’s cashless catering card, bus pass, Resource Centre card and to buy school dance tickets. It can also be used to obtain discounts in shops, restaurants and other services, including some coach services, throughout Scotland. In the summer months it has in recent years also enabled holders to free admission to leisure facilities in Argyll and Bute. Details may be found on the Young Scot website.
Young Scot cards are issued free of charge, but replacements cost £2.50 from the school office (no other local organisation is allowed to issue replacement cards to pupils). Please see also the entries under Cashless Catering and Dinner Money.
